We are thrilled to welcome you to the 44th Annual Texas Heart to Heart Conference!
Venue & Accommodations
The Location: Camp Olympia is nestled on beautiful Lake Livingston in the Piney Woods of East Texas, just outside of Trinity.
The Cabins: Every cabin sits near the water, featuring beautiful decks or courtyards perfect for visiting.
Amenities: Restrooms and showers are conveniently located and easily accessible.
Scholarship Guidelines
Please note that scholarship eligibility is strictly limited to first-time recipients. If you have ever been awarded a Heart to Heart scholarship in the past, you are not eligible to apply again—even if you did not end up using the funds.
Policy Guidelines
Smoking & Vaping: The camp maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. An exception has been made to allow smoking only within one designated area. Smoking anywhere else on the property is strictly forbidden, and violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Electronic Devices: No CBD vapes are permitted anywhere on the property. Standard e-cigarettes and vapes are prohibited during all workshops and meetings.
