We are thrilled to welcome you to the 44th Annual Texas Heart to Heart Conference!
Venue & Accommodations
The Location: Camp Olympia is nestled on beautiful Lake Livingston in the Piney Woods of East Texas, just outside of Trinity.
The Cabins: Every cabin sits near the water, featuring cozy decks or courtyards perfect for visiting.
Amenities: Restrooms and showers are conveniently located and easily accessible.
Policy Guidelines
Registration: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman if your plans change.
Smoking & Vaping: The camp maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. An exception has been made to allow smoking only within one designated area. Smoking anywhere else on the property is strictly forbidden, and violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Electronic Devices: No CBD vapes are permitted anywhere on the property. Standard e-cigarettes and vapes are prohibited during all workshops and meetings.

We are excited to have you at the 44th annual Heart to Heart Conference at Camp Olympia, located on beautiful Lake Livingston. All cabins are near the lake with courtyards or decks for visiting!! Bathrooms and showers are easily accessible. Smoking is ONLY permitted in a designated smoking area. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere else on the property. The camp has a zero-tolerance policy. No Vaping, CBD Vapes or E-cigs during meetings. NO REFUNDS but registration is transferable.
